ISSUES WITH ITEM(S):

If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect item upon delivery, please contact us IMMEDIATELY VIA CONTACT US on our website. Customers have 48 hours after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 48 hours of receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve your issues.

Please allow 7 - 14 business days for processing and handling your order

Any lost or stolen product does not apply to us once handed to shipping carrier. Please contact the nearest USPS near you for this problem. If problem is still unresolvable, please contact us from the contact page on our website to seek further solutions.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
